Hold & Flip.com charges a marketplace transaction fee of 0.75 % of the sales price with a minimum $5,000 per property, paid by buyer at closing. The Undersigned understands and agrees that any information with respect to the property furnished to the Undersigned is highly sensitive and strictly confidential, and shall be maintained by the Undersigned with the utmost confidence.
The Undersigned agrees that such information about the business obtained by it or any of its employees, Officers, real estate agent/broker, attorneys, directors, stockholders, financial institutions or representatives shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed or revealed to outside sources or made use of for personal or corporate gain in any manner inconsistent with this agreement.
If the Undersigned wishes to obtain more information concerning the subject property or meet with the Seller/Owner, the request will be made through Hold & Flip and/or any of its associates at Real Estate Reformation. If the Undersigned wishes to make an offer to purchase/leaseor a Letter of Intent to purchase/lease the subject property or any portion thereof, the offer will be made only through Hold & Flip.com Eiffel Investments Capital makes no representations or warranty as to the accuracy or validity of the information furnished with respect to the subject property.
Any and all representations shall be made solely by the Seller. Buyer agrees that incase buyer is found to purchase that property within one year from today, Buyer is obligated to pay upto 10% commission of sales price to Real Estate Reformation and a penalty of $1,500. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. An electronic transmission of a signature to this agreement shall be legal and binding on the Undersigned.
